Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes is an American actor, is famous for her performances as Dr. Sydney Hansen in the NBC drama 'Providence" and as Dr. Lane Hunter in the Medical drama "The Resident.' She is also popular for playing the detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama, 'CSI:NY", the role of Dr. Lane Hunter at the medical drama 'The Resident.' Her breakthrough role as Eleni andros Cooper in the CBS soap series "Guiding Light" was also praised. A few of her most memorable films include "15 Minutes", "Percy Jackson And The Olympians The Lightning Thief" and "Snitch". She is believed that she is working on the film adapting Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography, 'The Wheel of Life. The film was composed by Vlas Parlapanides and Charley Parlapanides.
